International Trademark Registration: Provides trademark protection in any of the 87 member countries of the Madrid Agreement through one application for registration.  

European Community Trademark Registration: Provides trademark protection throughout all 27 European Union  member countries through one application for registration.

International licensing and assignment agreements: Drafting and negotiation of agreements that allow individuals and companies to take advantage of the world-wide market place, international agreements are often necessary when dealing with internet transactions and promotions or companies that operate in foreign countries.

Maintenance of International and Foreign Trademark Registrations: Once a trademark is registered it must be properly maintained in order to ensure that the protection isn’t lost. This includes renewing the trademark registration when required to do so to avoid lapse, and the enforcement of the trademark against infringement to prevent dilution of the mark.
